This Privacy Policy describes how Nobiasr S.A.S., an Ecuadorian company with Tax ID 1793234567001 and registered office in Quito, collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the nobiasr.com site, in accordance with the Ecuadorian Organic Data Protection Law (Official Registry Supplement 459 of 26 May 2021) and its regulations in force in 2026.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: full name and email address. Additionally, through analytical cookies we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is processed to: (i) send educational content about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador; (ii) analyse the use of the site to improve the experience; (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis is the free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent you give by submitting the subscription form, as well as Nobiasr's legitimate interest in maintaining the security of the site.
